Please use the booking page if you have read the Fees and FAQs and decided that you want to proceed with coaching, counselling, or consulting appointments. 

Booking – New Clients

If you have decided that you would like to commence counselling, coaching, or consulting, please book a call – brief telephone enquiry call. During this call, we can establish whether we may be a good fit and, if we are, whether you want to proceed to book an initial consultation. You can then book initial consultations (including Just-in-Time counselling appointments) via telephone or video (Zoom) calls for counselling, coaching, and consulting. You must have first completed the brief enquiry call (phone).

Booking – Existing Clients

To book an appointment, use the follow-up consultations to book a call via video or telephone. Payments can be made using most credit cards.

Please get in touch to book an appointment if

  • Your invoices are paid by a third party (e.g., My Aged Care, NDIS, WorkSafe Victoria, or your employer).
  • You are seeking to pay using direct debit.
  • You are seeking Home Visits and Walk and Talk consultations.

Cancelling and Reschedule Policy

Please note that cancellations and rescheduled appointments within less than 48 hours will incur the full cancellation fee.
