Gestalt Clinical Supervision in Melbourne
Clinical Supervision
Supervision offers a space to pause, reflect, and deepen your practice.
It is not only about meeting requirements. It is where your clinical work becomes more grounded, more relational, and more your own.
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists who want a thoughtful, engaged space to explore their client work, their responses, and the complexity they are holding.
Who I Work With in Clinical Supervision
My work offers supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists at different stages of practice, including early-career practitioners developing confidence and experienced practitioners seeking reflective practice habits. I also work with private practitioners seeking reflective, ethically grounded support in areas such as grief and loss, life transitions, chronic disorganisation, hoarding, and neurodivergence (including ADHD).
My supervision work is best suited to counsellors and psychotherapists working with adults in individual therapy settings.
You might be looking for supervision if:
- You want a reflective, relational space to think about your client work
- You are feeling stuck, uncertain, or holding complexity in your work
- You are developing confidence in your clinical voice
- You value an approach grounded in awareness, ethics, and embodied practice
My Approach
My supervision is grounded in relational Gestalt psychotherapy and field-sensitive practice.
This means we pay attention not only to your client work, but also to what is happening in the supervision relationship itself and what comes into awareness as we reflect together.
I hold a strong focus on ethics and boundaries, while supporting you to develop confidence in your own clinical voice.
I bring specialist experience in:
- grief and bereavement
- life transitions
- neurodivergence (including ADHD)
- chronic disorganisation/hoarding
- behavioural addictions
My work is also informed by Somatic Experiencing and ecotherapy, supporting an embodied and field-sensitive approach.

Supervision is a collaborative process that helps you build confidence, deepen awareness, and support your growth as a practitioner.
Is supervision the same as therapy?
Supervision is not therapy, but it is relational. At times, we may slow down and explore what is happening for you in the moment, particularly where this connects to your work with clients.
How often do I need supervision?
This varies depending on your stage of practice, workload, and registration requirements. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you.
Do you offer face-to-face supervision?
No, all supervision is provided online.
Do you supervise NDIS-funded work?
Yes, I supervise counsellors working with NDIS participants under psychosocial disability.
Can you sign supervision logs or provide statements?
Yes, I can provide records for registration or continuing supervision requirements.
Do you supervise child-focused, couples and family therapy work?
My work is focused on adult practice. I do not offer supervision for child-focused, couples or family therapy work.
