Telehealth – Online and Phone Therapy Across Australia
What are the benefits of Telehealth?
Telehealth therapy (online and by phone) across Australia has many convenient benefits. Provided that you have a good connection and privacy, you can be anywhere to access telehealth.
You don’t have to leave home or your office, battle the traffic, travel long distances, and negotiate the weather. It is also ideal for out-of-normal business hours (for example, early morning or evening appointments), so it doesn’t have to interfere with work.
How does it work?
If you want Telehealth (online and by phone) across Australia, I’ll send you an agreement which explains how this service works. Online appointments are via a secure Zoom – link sent before the appointment.
Telehealth is like face-to-face appointments and requires the same level of presence. While you’re receiving telehealth appointments, you can’t drive a car, care for children or work. In addition, you must be in a private and confidential place where others cannot hear you.
Why seek Telehealth from Changes in Between?
I have extensive experience and training in providing telehealth services. I trained and worked with a national grief helpline service during my post-graduate studies and continued with telephone counselling when I graduated. I’ve provided thousands of hours of telephone counselling since. Before the Covid pandemic, I was offering online counselling. I’m also a client of telehealth services – clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching, therapy, and training.
